Hello, Beauty! š¤ Iām Cheryl, owner and lash artist behind LashOpulenceāand Iām so glad youāre here! For nearly six years, Iāve had the privilege of helping women feel beautiful and confident through customized lash extensions designed specifically for them. To me, a great lash appointment is about more than beautiful lashesāitās about having a space where you can relax, unwind, and simply enjoy a little time for yourself. Before becoming a lash artist, I spent 15 years as a dental hygienist. That experience gave me a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a deep commitment to cleanliness and infection controlāall things I bring into the lash room every single day. LashOpulence is a private, home-based studio created with your comfort in mind. Come in, get cozy, and make the appointment yours. Need a lash nap? Absolutely. Feel like chatting the entire time? Iām here for that too. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself. My goal is for every client to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and maybe just a little obsessed with her lashes. š Thank you for trusting me with yours. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure appointments when applicable. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit may be required to secure a future appointment. If no deposit was collected for your appointment and you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a deposit will be required before booking your next appointment. I understand that unexpected things happen. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and last-minute changes leave very little opportunity to fill that time. This policy allows me to protect my schedule while giving clients on my waitlist a fair opportunity to book available appointments. Late Arrival Policy If youāre running late, Iāll always do my best to accommodate you. However, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time so that my next client can begin on time. Iāll work efficiently to give you the best possible result with the time remaining, but please understand that fewer lashes may be applied. The full appointment price will still apply, as the entire appointment time was reserved specifically for you. Saturday Appointment Policy Saturday appointments have a stricter cancellation policy due to their limited availability. Any deposit paid toward a Saturday appointment is non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled, regardless of notice given. If no deposit was collected and a Saturday appointment is canceled or rescheduled, your next Saturday appointment must be paid in full in advance before it will be reserved. Saturday availability is extremely limited, so please book these appointments only when youāre confident you can keep them.
