Your trust means everything, and I’m excited to give you beautiful lashes in a relaxing, judgment-free space you’ll love. I’ve been a certified lash artist for over 5 years, and before that, I spent 15 years as a dental hygienist. That background gave me a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and infection control – all of which carry over into every lash set I create. LashOpulence is my cozy, home-based studio designed to help you unwind while I work my magic. Whether you want to nap or chat, my goal is for you to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and a little bit obsessed with your lashes. 🖤
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. If no deposit has been paid and you cancel within 48 hours, you may be required to pay a deposit before booking any future appointments. This policy helps ensure my time is respected and allows me to offer openings to other clients on my waitlist. Late Arrival Policy I understand that life happens and sometimes you may run late. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you when you arrive, but please note that your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures I can start my next client on time. If you arrive late, I’ll work efficiently to give you the best result possible in the remaining time—but fewer lashes may be applied. The appointment fee remains the same, as your reserved time is held just for you. SATURDAY POLICY!!!!!! Deposits are 100% not transferable if appointments are cancelled. If you have not paid a deposit then you will be required to pay for your next (Saturday) appointment in full before rescheduling. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients 💕
